Amy Adamiec

Amy started in the Customer Service sector as a Customer Service advisor. In this role, Amy was nominated as Newcomer of the Year at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2021, which led to her being promoted to Senior Advisor and having the opportunity to lead a team.

Bringing her skills and knowledge to Woodville, she quickly progressed to become a key member of the investment team, managing daily tasks and new business brought to Woodville. Her experience has enabled her to meet the demands of the role whilst balancing the needs of the underlying customer.
